Ingredients
For Salad:
- Mackerel (smoked) – 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs (hard boiled) – 4 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 350 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
For submission:
- Lemon - half
- Green onion - 2 stems
- Parsley - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the smoked mackerel along the ridge, separate the fillets and remove the skin. Cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the green onion and peeled onion.
Grate cheese, peeled potatoes, carrots and eggs.
Cut half a lemon into slices.
On a wide plate, lay out layers of mackerel, onions and potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Evenly spread the carrots and eggs mixed with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle thickly with cheese, garnish with green onions, leftover carrots and parsley. Serve the salad with lemon slices.
