Ingredients
- Fig - 70 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Melon - 150 g
- Corn - 100 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender, but do not digest.
Cut the carrots into such thin circles that they are practically translucent.
Cut the melon and pepper into small cubes.
Add the corn and olive oil, and stir in the salad.
