Puff salads can be prepared from a wide variety of ingredients. The main thing is that they are harmoniously combined in taste and color. Today I propose to cook from fried mushrooms, vegetables and eggs. Even novice cooks can make such a dish!
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the mushrooms and finely chop them.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the onion and mushrooms and fry until tender.
Peel potatoes, eggs and grate.
Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: potatoes, fried mushrooms, Korean carrots and eggs. After each layer, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
You can sprinkle with herbs, decorate with mushrooms or pieces of boiled vegetables. Before serving, put the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
