If you need something very fast, easy and healthy – salad with vegetables, grainy cottage cheese and yogurt is at your service. I constantly cook it when I feel that there is not enough protein. It perfectly saturates, and at the same time it has almost no calories.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (grainy) – 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Celery - 1 piece
- Dill - 0,5 beam
- Yogurt - 2 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pepper and celery into small cubes, and chop the dill.
Mix vegetables and herbs with grainy cottage cheese and salt the salad.
Add the yogurt, Dijon mustard, mix and season the dish. For children, you can do without mustard.
