One of my favorite variations of salads with seafood and fresh vegetables. This time also with string beans! It generally goes very harmoniously with mussels, shrimps and a sea cocktail in general.
Ingredients
- Mussels (in sinks) – 400 g
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Sea cocktail - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- String beans - 150 g
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Olives - 150 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Orange juice - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil mussels in shells for literally 5 minutes in boiling water with spices.
Quickly fry the shrimp and sea cocktail on high heat. Season and drizzle with soy sauce.
Boil the string beans for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.
Chop the cherry and add the olives with the salad mix.
Pour oil and orange juice over everything.
