Spicy and savory tomato adjika is something between a sauce and a snack. It is not completely homogeneous, but at the same time it can be spread on bread or dipped in chicken nuggets. A very versatile and convenient solution!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 5 pieces
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 10 teeth
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 5 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel all the vegetables and put them through a meat grinder with garlic, chili and chopped cilantro.
Add salt and vinegar, and boil the adjika for 10 minutes on medium heat after boiling.
Put the adjika in sterile jars, and sterilize them in a saucepan with water for another 10 minutes. Roll up.
