Ingredients
- Smoked sausage - 200 g
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the sausage and brown it a little in a frying pan.
Grate the zucchini on a Korean carrot grater and chop the pepper.
Add oregano and season the salad with olive oil.
