An interesting variation of the popular salad "Mushroom meadow". This time the main role went to cherry tomatoes. In this recipe, you will not have to turn the salad over, so immediately put everything in the right sequence. Just put the tomatoes on top.
Ingredients
- Champignons - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 1 piece
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Greenery (any) – 10 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 80 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the champignons and greens.
Grate cheese, peeled eggs and carrots.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the mushrooms and fry until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the mushrooms and carrots on a plate in layers.
Add eggs on top, sprinkle with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
Mix the cheese with the remaining mayonnaise, lay out the next layer, coat the upper part of the sides.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put them on the salad.
Sprinkle chopped herbs around the tomatoes. Put the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
