A great everyday salad of fresh vegetables and roasted beef. Even more originality is given to it by small cubes of cheese. Instead of refueling, I advise you to do only with lemon juice, especially if you fried meat in oil.
Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 180 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Spices and seasonings (for meat) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into pieces, roll in spices and fry until tender.
Cut the cheese into small cubes, onion – feathers, and cherry – quarters.
Add the salad mix and olives, and mix the salad.
