I suggest this time to add champignons not directly into the potato mass, and make draniki with stuffing. It's a little longer and more difficult, but the result is very good! Serve them traditionally – with fresh sour cream.

- Potatoes - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Champignons - 180 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates.
Grate potatoes on a fine grater, drain excess moisture and add egg, spices and flour there.
Put a spoonful of potatoes on a preheated frying pan, a little mushrooms on top, and potatoes again.
Fry the pancakes with mushroom filling on both sides.
