Ingredients
- Fig - 100 g
- Millet - 100 g
- Milk - 400 ml
- Water - 200 ml
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 40 g
- Raisins - 1 handful
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash both cereals. Soak the millet in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Arrange the cereals in pots, add sugar and pour milk and water.
Cook porridge in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees. In the middle of the process, stir.
10 minutes before the end, add the butter, raisins and zest.
