I always have beans in stock. Even if there is no meat from it, you can cook very tasty and hearty dishes. Often I even cook bean patties. You can serve them cold and hot, but always with some sauce.
Ingredients
- Beans (dry) – 2 glasses
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the beans and cover with cold water for 10 hours.
Change the water, add a little salt and boil the beans for 1.5 hours.
Chop the soft beans in a blender.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.
Mix onion, bean puree, semolina, salt, ground pepper, paprika and garlic passed through the press.
Form small cutlets with your hands.
Roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs.
Turn on the "Frying" program, heat the oil and fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side.
