Zucchini and cauliflower are some of the best vegetables for all kinds of casseroles. So why not combine them together. It turns out an amazing side dish for all occasions – moderately light and moderately satisfying, and certainly very useful.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 600 g
- Cauliflower - 600 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini, divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and mix with sour cream and spices.
Put the vegetables in a mold and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the dish in the oven for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
