- Pork ribs - 700 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Cauliflower - 200 g

- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs and fry for 15 minutes in a cauldron until browned.
Add onions and carrots, and after another 7 minutes - randomly chopped other vegetables, except tomatoes.
After another 5 minutes, add tomatoes and a little water, and simmer the ribs with vegetables under the lid for about 20 minutes.
Add soy sauce, balsamic and spices, and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring.
