Cottage cheese casserole in any form is a healthy, almost dietary dish. But even it can be made even more low-calorie for all fans of diets and proper nutrition. This recipe is also suitable for children.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Sour cream - 50 g
- Fig (boiled) – 200 g
- Sugar substitute - 1 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream. Beat the eggs and add to the same.
Add the sahzam and boiled rice and mix.
Lubricate the bowl with oil and put the workpiece into it.
Cook the casserole in a slow cooker for about 50 minutes in baking mode.
