Veal chops with mushrooms, onions and cheese in the oven
A very delicious recipe for chops. They are prepared from tender and soft veal. In order for the meat to be exactly like this, pay attention to its color. It should be light pink. Pieces from a collar or a cue ball will be the most suitable.

Wash the veal, dry it and cut it into thick plates.
Wrap each piece in a cellophane bag and beat it well on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
Chop the mushrooms and peeled onions.
Fry the onion and mushrooms in oil until tender, sprinkle with salt and nutmeg.
Cut half of the cheese into plates, grate the rest on a grater.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the chops and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the fried mushrooms with onions and slices of cheese.
Mix the grated cheese with the remaining mayonnaise and put it on top of the chops.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Remove the foil and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
