Cottage cheese casserole with rice and herbs in a slow cooker

When you want something healthy, curd, but at the same time absolutely not sweet – this kind of casserole with rice and herbs comes to the rescue. It is prepared according to the same principle as any other. This time I will focus on the slow cooker in more detail.
Ingredients
- Fig - 150 g
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Green onion - 4 pen
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Semolina - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix semolina with sour cream and set aside for 10 minutes.
Boil the rice, whisk the cottage cheese with a blender and chop all the greens.
Mix all the ingredients of the casserole, season and put the mass in a greased bowl of a slow cooker.
Cook the casserole for an hour in the "Baking" mode.
