Omelet with yogurt, melted cheese and bacon in the oven

Be sure to try making an omelet with yogurt. It makes the dish juicier, more fragrant and softer. I usually add milk products at the rate of 1 tbsp.l. for each egg. If you want a less fat option, reduce its amount by half.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Greek yogurt - 4 art.l.
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
- Bacon - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the melted cheese and bacon.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, ground pepper and shake lightly with a fork.
Add the yogurt and mix until smooth.
Add the melted cheese, bacon and mix again.
Put the workpiece in a greased form and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
