This way the temperature is better and more evenly distributed throughout the dish, and in addition, all the juices that are released in the process are preserved.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Finely chop all the vegetables and garlic, put on foil.

Peel the trout, sprinkle with lemon juice and season the fish to taste.

Put the fish on the vegetables, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
