The advantage of cooking in the oven is that you can safely combine any favorite ingredients. For example, vegetables are great for chicken legs. But in order for the dish not to be so banal, I suggest adding olives as well.
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 800 g
- Olives - 1 bank
- Tomatoes - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop tomatoes and peppers, mix with olives and drizzle with oil.
Rub the legs with spices and put them on top. Pour soy sauce over everything.
Put the dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
