Ingredients
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l.
- Milk - 400 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Brown Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bring the milk almost to a boil and dissolve all the sugar and salt in it.
Pour the semolina with milk, mix and leave to swell.
When the porridge cools down, put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight.
