This is a classic homemade turkey roll with vegetables. I bake it in the oven and tie it with cooking twine so that it holds its shape well. If desired, you can coat it with soy sauce, mustard or honey twenty minutes before the end of baking.
Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Leek - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Unwrap the turkey breast into one layer, chop it off and rub it with spices.
Cut all the vegetables into strips, put them on the edge and roll up a tight roll.
Tie it up and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
