Prepare the hearts, cut off the pieces of vessels and the remaining films. Place in a colander and rinse with running water.
Place in a bowl, add chopped onion, mustard, honey, butter, ground pepper and salt. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Clean the hearts from the remnants of the marinade and put them on the prepared skewers.
Fry on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning it over often.
