A great way to bake delicious and tender trout whole. Lemons, garlic and cherry with herbs are needed primarily for flavor, so you can cut and spread them as you like. I advise you to cover the baking dish with parchment so that nothing burns and it does not have to be washed for a long time afterwards.

- Trout - 4 pieces
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 400 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the trout in the mold in one row and sprinkle with spices.
Randomly chop lemons, cherry and garlic, and spread around the fish and on it.
Add sprigs of parsley and sprinkle everything with olive oil.
Bake the trout in the oven for 35 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
