By itself, the spread of lard can be a little bland, though tasty. That's why I prefer to always add something else to it. The main thing here is to find the right balance of tastes. And this recipe with garlic and dill is a great example.

Ingredients

  • Lard - 300 g
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Dill - 1 bundle
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the fat without skin.

Peel the garlic and cut the dill stalks.

Put everything through a meat grinder and season the spread.

If you want a more uniform consistency, pass through the meat grinder again.
