Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the viburnum in the freezer for a couple of hours, and then grind it with a blender.
Peel the apples, grate, add water and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
Add saekhar and cook for another 20 minutes.
Pour in the viburnum puree and boil the jam for another 5-7 minutes, and then pour into sterile jars.
