Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Beans - 0.75 glasses
- Tomato paste - 70 g
- Vegetable oil - 110 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 50 g
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-soak the beans overnight and boil until tender.
Cut zucchini and pepper into cubes, mix with beans.
Add sugar, salt, oil, spices and tomato.
Bring to a boil and boil for 30 minutes.
Add vinegar, boil for another 5 minutes and roll the lecho into sterile jars.
