- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Bell pepper - 800 g
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Paprika - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 30 g
- Salt - 20 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 30 ml
- Garlic - 1 head
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes, chop with a blender and bring the mass to a boil.
Chop both types of pepper and onion, send it to the tomato and simmer for an hour on low heat.
Add sugar, spices, salt, crushed garlic and vinegar.
Simmer the lecho for another 5-7 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
