Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Sugar - 2 glasses
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the plums into halves, put them in sterile jars and pour boiling water over them.
Leave for 7-10 minutes and drain this water into a saucepan.
Add sugar and bring it to a boil again.
Add citric acid to the syrup, pour the plum and roll up the jars.
