If you really like okroshka, sooner or later you will want to diversify the usual recipe with brand new ingredients. I suggest one of the simplest, but not the most obvious solutions – add a little canned corn to the okroshka.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Ham - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Corn (canned) – 200 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Mineral water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs until tender.
Cut all the ingredients into small cubes and chop the greens there as well.
Add corn, mix everything with sour cream and pour mineral water.
