Honey, nuts and raisins are an amazing combination for cheesecakes. They are moderately sweet, very tender, with an original aftertaste. To emphasize the dish even more, pour honey over it right before serving. And for flavor, you can add a couple of mint leaves.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Walnuts - 30 g
- Raisins - 80 g
- Honey - 45 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 100 ml
- Oat bran - 90 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-soak the raisins and chop the nuts.
Mix cottage cheese, egg and honey. Add nuts, raisins and bran.
Pour in the milk, mix the mixture thoroughly and leave for half an hour.
Form cheesecakes and fry in a frying pan with a minimum amount of oil.
