When I want something light, but tasty and interesting for tea, I cook this cheesecake with strawberries. Its advantage is that it is prepared without baking. And this is much easier, although it takes time. Baking cheesecake needs temperature and humidity control in the oven, and there are no problems here.
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 300 g
- Butter - 80 g
- Cream cheese - 500 g
- Cream (33-35%) – 200 ml
- Gelatin - 18 g
- Strawberries - 400 g
- Sugar - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crush the cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter and tamp the cake into a mold. Send it to the refrigerator.
Whisk the cold cream to peaks, gradually adding sugar.
Add the cheese and mix with a spatula.
Dilute the gelatin according to the instructions and add it there as well. Mix it up.
Randomly put strawberries on the cake and pour the cheese mass.
Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator until it hardens and then decorate with more strawberries.
