Incredibly, but delicious homemade cheesecake can be made even from tofu. This is a real salvation for vegans and those who avoid lactose in any form. And it's also just an original experiment if you like to try something new.
Ingredients
- Cookies (lean) – 300 g
- Coconut oil - 80 g
- Tofu - 500 g
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Brown Sugar - 70 g
- Starch - 3.5 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies with coconut oil, tamp them into a mold and send the base to the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Dilute the starch in 7 tablespoons of water. Squeeze the lemon juice.
Whisk all the ingredients together in a blender.
Pour the mass onto the base and bake the cheesecake for about 40 minutes more.
