The most delicate mango mousse can be served in different ways: in creamers or on the basis, as for cheesecake. You can decorate it with pieces of fruit, pour the finished jelly after solidification or sprinkle with grated chocolate. The presentation is completely to your taste, but I will tell you about the mousse itself further.
Ingredients
- Mango - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 300 g
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Sugar substitute - 2 tbsp.l .
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Gelatin - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dilute gelatin in water according to the instructions.
Whisk sour cream with cottage cheese, honey and sugar substitute with a blender.
Separately grind the peeled mango into a puree and combine both masses.
Add gelatin, stir and let the mousse freeze in the refrigerator.
