In summer I often cook ice cream at home. I like to experiment with flavors and try new recipes. Recently, for example, I made an amazing curd ice cream. I hasten to share this wonderful recipe with you.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Cream - 250 ml
- Milk - 320 ml
- Milk powder - 50 g
- Corn Starch - 1 tsp.
- Powdered sugar - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese with milk and grind with an immersion blender.
Beat eggs lightly with powdered milk, starch and powdered sugar.
Heat the resulting mixture in a water bath, and then strain.
Pour into a bowl with cottage cheese and beat with a mixer at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
Cool, add cream and grind again with an immersion blender.
Put the mass in the prepared container and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. For the first 2-3 hours, take the ice cream out of the freezer every 40 minutes and beat it with a mixer.
