Real cheesecake is quite complicated and expensive. But I want to share with you an excellent adapted recipe from ordinary cottage cheese. Serve it with jam, caramel, chocolate or any topping to taste.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 550 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Coconut chips - 100 g
- Starch - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese, sugar and eggs in a blender until smooth.
Add coconut chips and starch, mix.
Put the curd mass into the mold and smooth it out.
Bake the cheesecake for about 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Let it cool down well and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
