There are many recipes for PP cheesecakes with protein. They are prepared with different additives, using a small amount of flour and without it at all. I offer you my own version with egg and rice flour. Olive, coconut and corn oil can be used for frying.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Protein - 40 g
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Olive oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Add lightly beaten egg, salt, 1 tbsp rice flour and protein. Stir with a fork until smooth.
Form cheesecakes and dust with the remaining flour.
Fry in a preheated frying pan with oil until golden brown on both sides.
