Cheesecake is good for everyone, except that a whole cake is simply not needed. Sometimes I just want a piece or a few, and in this case I'm preparing a mini version. Today I will share a good recipe, repeatedly tested in practice.
Ingredients
- Cookies (sugar) – 200 g
- Butter - 3 art.l.
- Cream cheese - 220 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Milk - 50 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanillin - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter, put a thin cake on parchment and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
Whisk together cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk again.
Put on the cake and bake the cheesecake for 50 minutes at 160 degrees. Put a container of water in the oven during the process.
Cut into portions using a mold or knife.
If desired, immediately put the base and cheese mass into serving molds. Then the baking time may be less.
