I love PP versions of classic homemade cakes. In the traditional version, they are too sweet, high–calorie or heavy - not everyone likes it. But the PP option is devoid of these problems. I advise you to try just such a honey cake, even if you do not adhere to any diets.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Whisk honey, eggs and sugar substitute to taste.

Add the sifted flour with soda, knead the dough and send it to the refrigerator for an hour under a film.

Divide the dough into 5-7 parts. Roll out thin cakes and bake for 7-8 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

Cool the cakes and chop one into crumbs.

Mix yogurt, sour cream and sugar to taste. Add vanilla.

Add the thickener according to the instructions and whisk the cream.

Smear the cakes well with cream and assemble the honey cake.

Brush it on top and sprinkle with crumbs.
