Ripe bananas are a universal base for dough, mousses and creams in the pp diet. I propose to make mousse today. And not just from bananas, but with oatmeal. Very tasty, healthy, and also perfectly saturates.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 30 g
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Gelatin - 1 bag
- Soy milk - 250 g
- Sugar substitute - 40 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gelatin with water according to the instructions and leave to swell.
Grind bananas with soy or other vegetable milk in a blender. Add sugar substitute and lemon juice.
Add the oat flakes to the same place and whisk lightly.
Preheat the gelatin until dissolved, pour it into the bananas, mix and spread the mass into glasses.
Send the mousse to freeze in the refrigerator.
