Did the holiday fall during Lent this year? Do not despair, because you can cook a lean chocolate cake. It's simple, delicious and relatively fast. For decoration, use berries, pieces of fruit, sugar beads and flowers.
Ingredients
- Bitter chocolate - 200 g
- Cocoa - 4 art.l.
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 180 g
- Water - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Pour in oil, water and mix until smooth.
Put the dough in a detachable mold and put it in the oven for 50 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees. I recommend checking readiness with a wooden skewer.
In a small saucepan, mix cocoa, sugar and water.
Bring to a boil over low heat and pour in a thin stream of semolina, stirring continuously.
Boil for 2-3 minutes, remove from the stove and add the broken chocolate. Stir until it completely dissolves.
Puree the finished chocolate cream with an immersion blender until smooth.
Put the cake on a wide dish, generously pour warm cream and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
