- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Eggplant - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 5 twigs
- Garlic - 3 teeth
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut all the vegetables into small cubes.
Fry the eggplant and onion until browned, add the tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes.
Remove the filling from the heat, season and add chopped garlic and herbs.
Roll out the dough, cut into a couple of squares and put the filling on each.
Gather the corners up with an envelope and pinch.
Bake khachapuri in the oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes.
