Many people cook pizza, but not everyone gets it really tasty. It is important to knead the dough correctly, prepare a suitable sauce and use a delicious filling. All this is described in detail in the following recipe.

Ingredients

For Dough:
  • Flour - 2 glasses
  • Dry yeast (high–speed) - 1 tsp.
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Water (warm) – 200 ml
  • Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil (for lubrication) – 3 art.l.
For filling:
For the sauce:
  • Parmesan (grated) – 100 g
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Garlic - 2 of the clove
  • Butter - 60 g
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sift flour into a wide bowl, add dry yeast, baking powder, salt, sugar and warm water.

Knead the dough, greasing your hands and the table surface with vegetable oil.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it away in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Chop the bacon, mushrooms, dill and peeled bell pepper.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, rinse the corn.

Melt butter in a small saucepan.

Stir intensively, add flour and garlic passed through the press.

Pour in the milk and warm over low heat for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Do not stop stirring, otherwise the sauce will burn.

Add salt, ground pepper, grated parmesan and mix well.

Roll out a cake about 1.5 centimeters thick from the dough. Place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

Brush generously with the prepared sauce on top.

Arrange the bacon, mushrooms, bell peppers, corn and olives.

Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

Sprinkle the finished pizza with finely chopped dill.
