Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Apples - 300 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1-2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Finely chop the apples.
Roll out the dough, cut into squares, put the apple filling on each and sprinkle with spices.
Pinch the corners of the puffs on top with an envelope.
Bake them for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
