If you avoid gluten or just try not to use wheat flour, this is not a reason to give up desserts from the oven forever. I share a proven recipe for gluten-free muffins based on other types of flour.
Ingredients
- Apples - 1 piece
- Almond flour - 100 g
- Oatmeal - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Sugar substitute - 2 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Almond milk - 180 ml
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the egg with milk and butter in the other.
Combine both masses and knead the dough.
Add peeled and sliced apple or any filling to taste: nuts, chocolate drops, berries.
Spread the dough into molds and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
