If you like vegetable pancakes, be sure to try this recipe. Zucchini, hard cheese and a clove of garlic are added to the dough. If desired, the last ingredient can be excluded. But it seems to me that it gives the dish some piquancy.
Ingredients
- Flour - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Zucchini - 250 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cheese (solid) – 50 g
- Sour cream - 50 g
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Zucchini, hard cheese grate on a coarse grater and place in a bowl.
Add lightly beaten eggs, sour cream, salt, ground pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Add baking soda, sifted flour and knead a thick dough.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough.
Fry the pancakes on high heat until golden brown on both sides, and then put them on a paper napkin. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
