- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, pour kefir with melted butter, and knead.
Separately mix grated cheese, chopped tops and sour cream.
Divide the dough into pieces and roll out into tortillas.
Put the filling on each one, put it in a bag and roll it out again.
Fry the khachapuri in a dry frying pan for about 4 minutes on each side.
