- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 120 ml
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 20 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm milk, sour cream, yeast and sugar.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Whisk the whites with salt until sharp peaks.
Sift flour into a wide bowl, add sourdough, whipped whites, melted butter and yolks.
Lubricate your hands with oil, knead the dough, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Form small donuts and fry in oil until golden brown.
