Anything goes into the filling for puffs – meat, fruit, mushrooms, cheese. Why not cook them with vegetables this time? And on this occasion I want to share with you my favorite recipe and favorite combination of products. Just lick your fingers!
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l .
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Green peas - 1 handful
- Corn - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop all the vegetables with garlic and herbs, add the peas with corn and simmer everything in a frying pan for 10-12 minutes.
Roll out and slice the dough. Lay out the filling.
Pinch the edges of the puffs, brush them with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
