Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 150 g
- Bacon - 8 slices
- Cheese - 8 slices
- Greenery (chopped) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Roll out the puff pastry and spread slices of bacon and cheese on it.
Roll up a tight roll and put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Cut the roll into slices about 2-3 cm thick, put them on parchment and brush with beaten egg yolk.
Bake the puffs for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, and when they cool down a little, sprinkle with herbs.
